DH wanted to do something really special for my birthday back in June. We did something exciting, adventurous. A once in a lifetime experience! We hope. DH fell in our basement and shattered his ankle. He spent the entire afternoon in the ER and then had to have surgery that night. He came up from surgery right before midnight. I turned 50. It was memorable.
